In order to meet the specific report requirement, you probably need report painter/writer tool (transaction code FGRP).

If you don't mind about the report format, I would like to recommend SAP standard report for G/L. Let's try to look into the following path:
Accounting->Financial accounting->General ledger->Information system->General ledger reports->Account balances->General->G/L account balances
In the selection criteria, you just enter your g/L accounts, company code and enter period 05 for your reporting period. Execute, then you will get the result:
Col 1: balance carried forward at the beginning of the fiscal year
Col 2: total of the period or periods carried forward
Col 3: debit total of the reporting period
Col 4: credit total of the reporting period
Col 5: debit balances or credit balances at the close of the reporting period
If you need more info. pls look at the report documentation.
